With rounded ends and sliding tray, made of steel, the curved top and sides inlaid with oval cartouches featuring birds perched amidst golden floral trellis, rosettes, and stylised foliage, the base with scrolling vines, the interior with a matching inkwell (dawat) decorated with gold-damascened floral sprays, 20.5cm long.
