DDM Auctions, Lincolnshire, 12-13 September 2000, lot 561 where acquired by the present owner. Previously from the former Bradford home of Mrs. Laura Hockney, the artist's mother.

Note:
Hockney consistently embraces new technology and methods of image making. He began creating art-faxes in the late 1980s and has continued to experiment with Xerox, digital image making and iPad drawings. This collection of faxes were sent to the artist's mother Laura Hockney in 1996. The prints were left in the house which was bought by Leslie Bell and sold at DDM Auctions, Lincolnshire along with other memorabilia.
