Standing on a rocky base, wearing a scholar’s hat and a long sleeve robe, holding a gourd bottle in his left hand, his robe and sash inlaid in silver and gilt with cloud scrolls, signed with a chiselled signature on his back, Dainihon Etchu koku, Muroe Kichibei saku, 41cm H.
