Two early George III sterling silver table forks, London 1762 one by Paul Callard (reg. 8^th Jan 1752, died 1768)

Hanoverian pattern, three pronged, virginal erased. The other London 1762 by Issac Callard. Fully marked.

The Callard family were prolific manufactures of flatware in the mid-18^th century, starting with Paul’s father Isaac who first registered a mark on the 7^th February 1726. Paul Callard died in 1768.
