The jars of baluster form with matching covers with a knop, decorated profusely in underglaze blue and white depicting a pattern of rows of shaped cartouches, each densily painted with peonies and other foliage, each cartouche between narrow flower and foliate bands both at the rim to the neck and also the base near the foot.
