A pair of Victorian sterling silver gilt apostle fruit serving spoons, London 1877 by Henry Holland
The finials formed as St Peter and St Matthew, the bowls with gilt interiors the reverse engraved with a crest of an eagle with wings addorsed charged with an escutcheon, thereon a hank of cotton. Each fully marked.
Length – 21.6 cm / 8.5 inches
Weight – 139 grams / 4.47 ozt
The crest is for Arkwright.
