Of rectangular shape, resting on six compressed globular feet, the unit divided into three vertical registers, the two lateral registers with a shelf in the middle framed by a balustrade in openwork mashrabiya-style, the side panels featuring horseshoe-shaped arches framed with ivory and mother-of-pearl marquetry work, the interstices painted in black conveying a charming two-tone effect typical of Hispano-Moresque buildings, the central panel with a cupboard door decorated in the style of Mamluk Egyptian minbar panels with carved geometric and stellar patterns inlaid with bone, ivory and mother-of-pearl tesserae, the door surmounted by a carved wooden cusped cartouche with Arabic calligraphy, the rectangular drawers featuring ebony knobs and enhanced by rectangular frames inlaid with mother-of-pearl, resin and bone stellar design and fretwork, the top mostly plain except for its raised contour, 114.5cm x 38.4cm x 125.6cm
