A Victorian sterling silver compass, London 1871 by Henry William Dee

Of circular form with a hinged lid, engine turned decoration centred with a circular cartouche engraved with initals 'DCX' in cypher. The gilt interior with engraved for retailer 'Jones 23 Boulevart des Capucines'. Marked to the interior with part-mark and with french control marks.

Diameter - 5.4 cm / 2.12 inches
