An early 20^th century Iraqi unmarked silver twin handled bowl, Baghdad circa 1920

Of hemispherical form with a pierced upper section of interlocking forms heightened with flat chasing, the cast and applied twin C scroll handles with rosettes and butterfly wing thumbpieces. The screw thread detachable tri-form base with openwork spade shaped feet leading to scrolling undersides.
