A CHINESE CELADON-GLAZED BRONZE-SHAPED VASE.

Yuan Dynasty.

With a waisted foot moulded with ruyi head band and a pear-shaped body decorated with two ruyi head panels, one containing a qilin, the second a deer and a fu character, the trumpet neck with bands of further ruyi heads and banana leaves set between two loop handles with large rings, the galleried rim and foot rim impressed with chevron pattern, all beneath a vivid green-celadon glaze, 20cm H.
