Arabic manuscript on paper, 509ff., each folio with 11ll. of black ink naskh script, the opening bifolio in gold letters and fine, elaborate illumination in gold and black, chapter headings in gold letters in illuminated cartouches, gold roundels as verse markers, red diacritic marks, with cobalt and gold marginal illuminations of circular and tear-drop shapes, later catchwords and marginal notes, within gold and blue rules, with new end papers, set in a gold-stamped dark brown morocco flapped binding, the text panel 16cm x 10cm, the folio 22cm x 15.8cm.
