In the manner of a 17th century German brandy bowl of hexafoil lobed form, three panels with chased decoration of foliate scrolls and flower heads, the alternating plain panels with applied double C scroll handles with ram’s head terminals. Fully marked to side, stamped underneath Jays, 142-144 Oxford Street W.
