POCKET WATCH. A 9K ROSE GOLD POCKET WATCH Date: Circa 1920's in London Movement: Signed "Minerva" 17-Jewels, bridge plate, nickel finish, Ball regulator*, Screw-Set jewels*, 4 adjustments, Swiss made, No. 1196326 Dial: White, black Roman numerals, black outer minute division, blued heavy spade hands, subsidiary dial at the 6 o'clock position with a stick blued hand Case: Signed, polished 9K rose gold open face Size: 49mm Weight: Approx. 86g *Ball regulator was invented by Webster C.Ball and patented 18th August 1896 *Raised Screw-Set jewels were attached to the plate with small screws (Raised instead of being flush with the plate) used into movements of higher quality because it require more material and time to assemble and but they are also easier to replace if on was broken. *When the watch has 4 adjustments those are with the dial up, the pendant up, the pendant right, the pendant left and they are also adjusted to temperature.
