Marlborough'), written in another's hand, reading in part "The Executors have had an account that the Malt house, and houses belonging to it are very well built and as they are in such a place as St. Albans there is no doubt  but they may be very well disposed of [...] They cost the Duke of Marlborough more than they are worth, and as they lye convenient to you, being so near to your house, I don't doubt but they will sell them to you for what they are really worth", one page, splitting along folds, restoration residues to verso, light chipping to margins, 8vo, Marlborough House, 14 December 1726.
