A PAIR OF QAJAR POLYCHROME-PAINTED ENAMELLED LONG EARRINGS
Iran, 19th century
Each with a large hemispherical bell-shaped element in the middle, surmounted by a small parasol and with a drop-shaped pendant below, fully caparisoned with seed pearls and white plastic beads, and enamelled in polychrome floral designs, the hooks embellished with rosettes set with untested seed pearls and a faceted glass bead in the centre, each 10cm long.
