A very well matched George I Britannia standard silver table service of flatware / canteen, London 1715-20 the majority by Joseph Barbut (reg.1 Oct 1703)

Hanoverian pattern, rat tail and three pronged, comprising:

12 tablespoons, eleven London 1715 by Joseph Barbut, one London 1719 by Paul Hanet, each engraved with an impaled coat of arms within a baroque cartouche, different for the eleven to the one. One Barbut spoon engraved to the stem with scratch weight, 27 oz 6 p Doz.

12 table forks London 1720 by Charles Jackson, each engraved with a coat of arms in a spinsters lozenge,

12 dessert spoons, London 1717 by Joseph Barbut, each engraved with an impaled coat of arms within a scroll cartouche

12 dessert forks, eleven London 1717 by Jospeh Barbut one London 1713 by David Willaume I, engraved as with the dessert spoons

6 teaspoons (three London circa 1715 by Jospeh Barbut, engraved with a crest and later French marked with the discharge of Julien Alaterre for 1768-74 for foreign metals for Alsace Lorraine, two by MA?, one sterling by S?)

With modern stainless steel scimitar blades, and filled silver baluster handles:
