An early to mid-20th century Iraqi silver cruet set on stand, Basra or Omara circa 1920-40 signed Gahreeb

the stand of trefoil form upon three feet with detachable central carrying handle. Nielloed with camels, dhow sailing boats and a scene of the Abu Hanifa al in Nu'man, Baghdad. Fitted with a salt, mustard pot with spoon and a pepper pot modelled after a minaret. The mustard with the Tomb of Ezra, the salt with the Taq Kasra (Ruins of Ctesiphon), and the pepper with the Abu Hanifa al in Nu'man, Baghdad, each additionally with mudif, fishermen in their mashoof. Each pieced signed. (4)
