A Victorian sterling silver sugar basket, London 1867 by Henry Holland

Of bell form with an everted scalloped beaded rim, upon a circular pedestal foot, the swing handle of interlaced openwork with central vacant cartouche. The body with engraved arabesques and herring bone borders. Gilt interior. Fully marked to side and part-marked to handle cartouche.
