the hood with square glazed door flanked by writhen turned columns, the trunk with glazed lenticle, decorated to the door with urn and ribbon marquetry, with scrolling leaf framed edge, with conforming decoration to the plinth base, the silvered dial with Arabic and Roman numeral chapter ring, with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, with pierced brass spandrels, with key, pendulum, and two weights, 220cm high
