A mixed group of early 20^th century Iraqi silver and niello silver, Basra or Omara circa 1930

including a pair of sugar tongs, signed Omara, Salih, decorated with two mudhif, a boatman in a gufa, a fisherman in a mashoof, a dhow sailing boat and palm trees. Together with a coffee set spoon, nielloed with a scene of the Tomb of Ezra, a broach formed as a dagger and a lady’s buckle with niello decoration of a dhow sailing boat and the Tomb of Ezra edged with engraved decoration foliage.
