Qing Dynasty, 18th / 19th Century

清十八或十九世紀 銅胎畫琺瑯大吉紋葫蘆牌飾

Formed as a double gourd vase raised on a stand with a gilt scarf tied around the waist, each section decorated with a panel enclosing characters da and ji reserved on a dark blue ground with colourful clouds and bats, all against a turquoise ground finely painted with blossoms and the Eight Buddhist Symbols, Bajixiang
