A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE 'LOTUS' DISH.
Qing Dynasty, six character Jiaqing mark and possibly of the period.
The centre with a roundel of symmetrically arranged stylised lotus blossoms and foliage, the rim with a band of iron-red flowers, the exterior with four roundels containing characters reserved on a bright yellow ground with lotus scrolls, 20cm diameter.
