AN EGYPTIAN BRONZE PTAH Late Period, Circa 664 - 332 B.C. Depicted mummiform, wearing a shroud from which his hands emerge, holding a was-sceptre at his chest, wearing a close-fitting cap and false beard, incised facial features and large ears, 8.9cm high. Provenance: Fursten von Hohenzollern Collection Germany; Ex Bonhams 8 November 2001, lot 207; Private collection of a lady, Rome.
