Of typical rectangular shape, with a flat handle at the top surmounted by a crescent-shaped pommel, the handle carved with five lines on each end of the handle, residues of black ink Arabic inscriptions and letters on each side, the design following the style of Hausa people and Walaja writing boards, 75.5cm x 44.5cm.
