A cased George VI novelty sterling silver christening set, London 1938 by Robert Edgar Stone (1903-1990)
Comprising an egg cup, a napkin ring and a spoon. The egg cup engraved with a rabbit’s head, the napkin ring with a cat playing with a ball and the spoon with a puppy dog. The egg cup with an Art Deco type ringed stem and concave foot, the spoon also with engraved lines. Housed in a fitted green leatherette case, branded for Goldsmiths and Silversmiths. Each fully marked.
