Arabic manuscript on paper, 226ff. plus 4 flyleaves, each folio with 18ll. of black ink naskh script to the page, with full diacritic marks in black and red, gold and black verse markers, within black and gold rules, the left half of the illuminated bifolio replaced, catchwords to the edges, the sura headings in white ink on burnished gold, the colophon inscribed in a different hand Aqa Mohammad Hossein Shirazi, Mirza Enayat Ollah Beyg 1057 AH, the flyleaf inscribed 1 Rajab 1181 AH (1768 AD), blue marbled endpapers, in gilt morocco binding, the text panel 10cm x 5.5cm, the folio 13.5cm x 7.8cm, the binding 14cm x 8cm.
