An early 20^th century Iraqi silver and niello cigarette case, Basra dated 1938 signed Shoodod

Of curved rectangular form with rounded corners, the front with a niello scene of the Abu Hanifa al in Nu'man, Baghdad, a dhow sailing boat, two palm trees, as well as a camel and rider, all edged with a border of foliate scrolls and flower heads. The obverse with a scene of a dhow sailing boat, an island with palm trees and mudif. Engraved initials in the corner FJH in cypher, as well as IRAQ 1938, signed above.
