A LARGE CHINESE FLAMBÉ-GLAZED FIGURE OF A LUOHAN.

Qing Dynasty, 18th Century.

Seated, looking forward, with a plain cloth wrapped around his emaciated body, his bold head with elongated earlobes facing forward in an intense gaze, stroking a small lion dog resting on his knee with his left hand, all decorated with a thick copper-red glaze with green streaks, 26cm long, 32cm H.
