A selection of items signed by John Ryan, comprising: ballpoint ink sketches of Captain Pugwash, Cut-Throat Jake and Lettice Leafe on white cards, each individually signed and dated; one autograph note to Matt, saying in part "Forgive brief note and very quick sketches", 26 February 2006; and a colour Captain Pugwash-themed postcard with handwritten message reading " I don; t know where Pugwash came from except that his main characteristics cowardice versus greed are part of all of us. There is a place in Nova Scotia called Pugwash but I don; t think I had heard of it...", v.s; together with two miniature wooden 'treasure chests', the lids featuring sketches of Captain Pugwash and Cut-Throat Jake drawn by John Ryan, each 11.5 x 6.5 x 6cm (7)
