A GROUP OF THREE PHOTOGRAPHIC LOCKET CHARMS, c.1860. Comprising a miniature gilt locket souvenir produced for the wedding of Charles S. Stratton and Lavinia Warren Stratton, known as "Mr. and Mrs. General Tom Thumb". His employer PT Barnum organized the wedding on 10th February 1863 at the Grace Episcopal Church in New York. The locket is in the shape of a suitcase, stamp titled 'Somebody's Luggage', measuring 2 x 2,5 cm, with (12) compartments, which fold out in an accordion style from the interior of the suitcase, containing (12) albumen prints of the wedding and the Statton family, including their bridesmaid - Lavinia's sister Minnie, and their best man George Washington Morrison 'Commodore' Nutt.
Together with two book-shaped lockets measuring 2,2 x 3 cm and 2 x 2,3 cm, each containing three (3) albumen prints portraits of children, and four (4) portraits of a woman and men in military uniforms.
