Ottoman Turkey, 17th century

Each of rectangular shape, painted in cobalt blue and turquoise, with a thick glossy glaze, the decoration consisting of a band of interlocking floral sprays with stylised rosettes, lotus flowers, tulips and saz leaves, all against a dark blue ground and framed within two thin turquoise lines, each approximately 12cm x 26cm.
