A matched set of four George II/III sterling silver table forks, mostly by Isaac Callard (reg. 7th Feb 1726, d.c.1770)
Hanoverian pattern, three-pronged, London 1746 by Issac Callard, London 1760 by Issac Callard, another with marks obscured by probably by Issac Callard, another London 1775 by Thomas Chawner. The terminals later engraved with a 19th century crest of an eagle rising, in its beak an escutcheon pendent by a ribbon, thereon a hank of cotton, with the motto above Multa Tuli Fecique. Fully marked.
