Arabic manuscript on paper, 179ff. plus five fly leaves, each folio with 9 gold-sprinkled lines of black ink naskh script, with interlinear Persian translation in red ink nasta’liq script, the opening bifolio with gold and pastel illumination, gold cloudbands around the Arabic text, and scrolling floral border illumination, chapter headings in red, catchwords, within gold and black rules, in marbled end papers and red blind-tooled morocco binding, the text panel 16cm x 7.5cm, the folio 22.7cm x 13.5cm.

A collection of prayers by the fourth Shi'a Imam attributed to Zain al Abedeen, the text is a popular compendium of daily prayers in the Iranian world.
