The rounded body rising to broad shoulders rising to a narrow neck, decorated to the body with a continuous watery scene of flowering lotus plants and pond weeds, the shoulder similarly decorated between a band of swirls and a border of short upward-facing lappets, the shoulders set with four lug handles modelled in the form of lion heads, the tall, flat topped cover, possibly associated, decorated with a swirling border of scrolling foliage and a lappet band and surmounted by a qilin-form finial, hinged to the body by white metal mounts, 32cm H.
