A FINE PART SILK QUM RUG, CENTRAL PERSIA, approx: 162cm. x 105cm. Very nice garden design with well drawn floral motifs together with animals and birds. Good colour combination with soft light beige field. This rug has full pile, soft wool quality and silk used in some motifs. Selvages rebound, very well done. Ends with original short kilim and fringes. Fine weave, approx: 7 x 6 knots per sq. cm. In general, this rug is in very good condition. Elegant and good furnishing piece.
