A rare Edwardian sterling silver novelty egg cup and cover, Chester 1909 by Davis, Moss & Co
the base section with a plain rounded bowl upon two chicks’ feet atop of a domed circular base. The removable cover modelled as a chick’s head with inset glass eyes. Gilt interior. Fully marked to base rim and part-marked to cover.
