A LATE 19TH / EARLY 20TH CENTURY FIGURED WALNUT GRANDMOTHER CLOCK, the fixed hood with break arch pediment and brass reticulated sound frets to the sides, raised on a plinth base and bracket feet, the break-arch brass 6 inch dial with silvered Roman chapter ring, gilt matted centre and pierced gilt spandrels, with silvered boss to the arch inscribed 'strike / silent', the twin barrel eight day movement striking on the hour, the pendulum with brass cased cylindrical bob, with two weights,
