Of rectangular form with canted sides, the cover with a rectangular panel enclosing two confronting five-clawed dragons coiled around a flaming pearl amongst swirling clouds and above waves, the sides of the cover decorated with patterns of flowers and foliage with key scroll bands adjacent to the rim, six character Wanli mark to the base, 24cm long.
