An archive of 14 letters, comprising 3 TLS and 11 ALS, addressed to the historian Michael Bevis (b. 1940), in which Diana Holman-Hunt refers to various projects and also discusses her friendship with Michael Holroyd. Included in the lot is Diana Holman-Hunt's "My Grandmothers and I" (London, Hamish Hamilton, 1962). Diana Holman-Hunt was the grand-daughter of Pre-Raphealite painter William Holman-Hunt (1827-1910) and the author of a number of biographies.
