Subjects include Müşir Cemil Paşa by (Aide-de-camp of Sultan Abdülaziz, Governor of Edirne, and Governor of Aleppo and Hejaz); Ottoman military commander Mahmud Shevket Paşa; Bozcaadalı Hasan Hüsnü Pasha (Minister of the Ottoman Navy); by Basile Kargopoulo, Pera; Enver Pasha; Adolf Terschak (composer) by Abdullah Freres, Pera, among other subjects. Studios also include Castania Freres, Smyrne; Antoine Zilposche, Smyrne; Donatossian Studio, Baghdad; Gulmer Freres, Pera; Pantzopoulos Studio, Athens; Andriomenos Studio, Sultan Bayazid; Paul Sepdi, Salonique; and one slightly larger portrait of an elderly woman by Josephe studio, Pera.
Together with two illustrated copy portrait cartes-de-visite of Sultan Abdulaziz and Ismail Pasha of Egypt by Neurdein, Paris; one small ornamental framed print of Nasser al-Din, Shah of Persia; two early silver prints of men fishing with nets in Smyrna, measuring 85 x 115mm; a small bound booklet titled 'Souvenir de Constantinople' containing 12 carte postales in vibrant colours; and two hand-tinted carte postales of Contstantinople views published by Berggren.
