AN ACHAEMENID BRONZE PHIALE Circa 1st Millennium B.C. With a small central omphalos encircled by incised concentric bands, in turn surrounded by emanating slender lobes which protrude below the vessel's wide flaring rim, also with incised banded decoration, 16.5cm diameter, 5cm high,    Provenance: Collection of a Princely House of Lichtenstein, formed in the 1960s.
