A pair of Meissen cabinet plates of moulded and shaped outline, centred by hand painted classical pastoral scenes within blue and gilt shell and scroll borders, blue crossed sword mark to reverse, impressed mark 3 17, diameter 22cm, together with four later 19th Century examples painted with exotic birds within a border of insects, 24.5cm in diameter, with blue crossed sword marks to the underside crossed through to denote seconds (6)
