An Elizabeth I mid-18^th century Russian 84 zolotnik silver bowl, Moscow 1759 probably by Alexander Bogdanov Hildebrand (active 1753-90)

Of everted lobed circular form upon a spreading circular foot. The upper section with chased decoration of rocaille C scrolls reserved against textured decoration with a scalloped edge. Marked underneath with maker’s mark probably A. Г (Postnikova 2167) and Alderman mark for Fedor Petrov (active 1759—840, assay master obscured, and town mark.
