A late 19th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver covered twin handled sugar bowl, Cutch circa 1890
Raj period. Of spherical form upon four legs with chased peacock junctions, the twin handles of D section with chased decoration. The pull off domed lid surmounted by a finial of caparisoned elephant statant. The body and lid with chased decoration of foliate scroll with rosettes.
