Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, the vertical composition depicting Krishna seated under a canopy entertained by a musician as the sun sets in the background, the sun stylised as the Udaipur family emblem, at the top of the composition an unfilled calligraphic cartouche on ochra yellow ground, the scene encased within a black border filled with crosses alternating with rosettes, black rulings and an outer bold red border, a line of black ink Devanagari script in the back, 22cm x 30.1cm.
