Southern Song / Yuan Dynasty

The rounded sides rising from a gently-tapered foot to a slightly-everted rim, the exterior moulded with a band of lotus petals, covered in a celadon glaze,

15cm diameter

Note: The lotus petal decoration to the exterior of this bowl is typical of wares produced in the southern Longquan kilns around the 13th century, many of which were exported.
