A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH GILT BRONZE AND PORCELAIN MANTEL CLOCK, the oval case flanked by a pair of putto caryatids, their bodies terminating in acanthus leaves, raised on a break-front plinth base centred by a grotesque mask and raised on a giltwood plinth, the oval blue porcelain dial (repaired) with a scene of two cherubs below the Roman numerals centred by a painting of a bird, the twin train movement with outside countwheel striking on a bell,
