Opaque pigments, ink, pencil and white wash on paper, comprising a vertical floral study featuring a plump sleepy bird perched on the branches of a rose bush, wild daisies at the bottom of the bush, mounted, glazed and framed, 35.2cm x 28.5cm including the frame; and a smaller similar floral study with a rose branch and a butterfly, mounted, glazed and framed, 38cm x 29cm including the frame.
