Late Qajar dynasty, octagonal form with caulked and corded rims. The panels with chased monabbat-kari decoration of alternating arabesques, peonies with MacQueen’s Bustards, against a matted ground. Heightened with polychrome champlevé enamel. Unmarked. (2)

Height – 3.9 cm / 1.55 inches

Weight – 83 grams / 2.67 ozt

Octagonal napkin rings were introduced in England from at least the 1890’s
