A mid-20th century Anglo – Indian Art Deco silver three-piece tea set, Bombay circa 1940
Raj period, comprising a teapot, a covered milk jug and a covered twin handled sugar bowl. Each of stepped semi-circular fan shape resembling a rainbow, each raised on four short geometric feet. The teapot with a curved spout opposite a black celluloid handle pinned to sockets, the hinged lids with a fan shaped finial. Each stamped SILVER underneath only. (3)

Item as been XRF tested and found to be sterling grade or near, with no alloying with cadmium.
